Fenix is a leading company on the real estate market in Sofia. It is established at the beginning of 1993 and is represented by it’s president Vasil Shopov. An unique structure of agencies and offices was built with the time. At the present moment about 50 specialists work in the agencies under the name of Fenix.

From 1999 Fenix is the only member of АЕХЕА /Association of European Recognized Experts/ from Bulgaria and Vasil Shopov its administrator.

Representatives and experts of Fenix together with some of the famous specialists and public persons have initiated the establishment of foundation Fenix for preservation of monuments of culture – antique, medieval and from the Bulgarian National Revival.
